Package delivery

As a general rule, the packages are prepared within 72 hours upon receipt of payment via Correos with tracking number and delivery signature. Once prepared the package, must be added the transit time, usually 72 hours for packages to Spain and 7 days for international packages.

Shipping costs include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling charges have a fixed price, while transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend you collect all your items in one order. We can not combine two separate orders and shipping will be applied to each individually. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur after sending your package, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

In the Erotic Museum we are concerned that the products arrive in the best condition, so we put a lot of care to the packaging of our shipments. All products are wrapped in protective material in special boxes for shipping.

Be sure to check the package to arrive in good condition before you sign the receipt.
